By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to sales of products by Shophomira to consumers, including customers located in the United Kingdom.
Our products are intended primarily for private and personal use. Purchases for commercial resale require our prior written approval.
3. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately, including their colours, sizes, measurements, materials and other relevant characteristics.
However, the actual colour or appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, device or other technical factors.
Minor visual differences that are reasonably attributable to these factors do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
We may change our product range or discontinue products at any time. Such changes will not affect contracts that have already been entered into.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and at checkout. For customers in the United Kingdom, prices may be displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total price payable by you will be displayed before you place your order and will include applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges that we are required to disclose.
Where additional import duties, customs charges or similar costs may apply and are not collected by us, we will provide relevant information where required by applicable law.
We may change prices for future purchases at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
5. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values or restrictions on certain products.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
Promotional conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Placing an Order and Formation of the Contract
When you submit an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products on the terms displayed at checkout.
After you submit your order, we will normally send an electronic acknowledgement to the email address you provided.
Unless the ordering process clearly states otherwise, a binding contract is formed when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation.
Please check your order confirmation as soon as possible. If your name, delivery address, selected product, size or any other information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@shophomira.com.
7. Refusing or Cancelling an Order
We may refuse or cancel an order where we have a lawful and reasonable reason to do so.
This may include situations involving:
- Suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
- A payment that cannot be authorised
- A product that is out of stock or no longer available
- An obvious pricing, description or system error
- Materially incorrect information supplied with the order
- Circumstances that make fulfilment or delivery unlawful or impossible
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method, unless another method is lawfully agreed.
8. Cancelling or Changing an Order Before Processing
If you wish to cancel or amend your order before it has been processed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at support@shophomira.com.
We process orders quickly and therefore cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing or fulfilment has begun.
This does not affect your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase.
You may still exercise your statutory cancellation rights as described below and in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. Payment
The payment methods currently accepted are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or our applicable payment service providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment and billing information.
If a payment is declined, reversed or requires additional verification, processing of your order may be delayed or suspended.
We generally do not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment service providers.
10. Delivery
Information about processing times, estimated delivery times, delivery destinations and delivery charges is provided in our Shipping Policy and/or at checkout.
Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has expressly been agreed.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
For UK consumer contracts, where no different delivery period has been agreed, the law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
If a material delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to inform you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights in relation to late or failed delivery are not affected by these Terms.
11. Delivery Address
You are responsible for checking that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfilment.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery costs where this is permitted by law and the circumstances justify those costs.
12. Risk in the Goods
For consumer purchases, risk in the goods generally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods, physically receives them, subject to any exceptions under applicable law.
13. Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods from us online as a consumer, you will generally have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
For most goods, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If a single order contains multiple goods that are delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day after you receive the final item.
You must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
You can notify us at: support@shophomira.com.
Simply failing to collect a parcel or refusing delivery without otherwise clearly informing us that you wish to cancel may not, by itself, constitute valid notice of cancellation.
14. Returning Goods After Cancellation
After informing us that you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your cancellation, unless we have agreed to collect the goods.
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
The applicable return facility may be located outside the United Kingdom, including in Asia. The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team.
Please do not automatically return goods to the sender address shown on the original parcel or to our registered business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
For change-of-mind cancellations, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were properly informed of this obligation before the contract was entered into, unless we have agreed to cover the return costs.
Further information is available in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
15. Condition of Returned Goods and Diminished Value
You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a similar way to how you might inspect them in a physical shop.
If you handle the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose and their value is reduced as a result, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the diminished value where permitted by law.
We do not charge a fixed restocking, administration or handling fee when you exercise your statutory right to cancel.
16. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, Shophomira offers a voluntary return period of up to 30 days after you receive your order.
If you request a change-of-mind return after the statutory cancellation period has expired but within the voluntary 30-day return period, the return will be handled in accordance with our voluntary return conditions.
To qualify for the voluntary return policy, goods must generally be unused except for reasonable inspection or trying on, clean, undamaged, complete and in a resaleable condition, with original tags and accessories where these were supplied.
No fixed restocking or administration fee is charged solely for making use of our voluntary 30-day return policy.
The full conditions are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not restrict any statutory rights you have in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
17. Refunds Following Statutory Cancellation
Where you validly exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the payments that we are legally required to refund without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law.
For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you chose a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost above the cost of standard delivery.
18. Exceptions to the Statutory Cancellation Right
The statutory right to cancel does not apply to certain goods and contracts where a legal exception applies.
These may include:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery
- Sealed audio, video or computer software products once unsealed, where applicable
- Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items
- Other goods, services or contracts that are lawfully excluded from cancellation rights
An exclusion will only be applied where the requirements of applicable law are satisfied.
19. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Our voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to UK consumers must, among other applicable requirements, be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for any particular purpose made known to us where the legal requirements are met
- As described
A product may fail to meet the required standards if, for example, it is defective, materially different from its description, does not perform as it reasonably should or is not the item you ordered.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us at support@shophomira.com.
Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs or other relevant information may help us investigate the issue more quickly, but providing photographs does not limit your statutory rights.
20. Statutory Remedies for Faulty Goods
UK consumers may have a number of statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods do not conform to the contract.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include:
- The short-term right to reject the goods and receive a refund
- Repair
- Replacement
- A price reduction
- The final right to reject and receive an appropriate refund
For most goods, the statutory short-term right to reject generally lasts for 30 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in applicable law.
Where you validly reject faulty or non-conforming goods, we will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to shorten or replace any longer-term statutory rights or remedies that may remain available after the initial 30-day period.
21. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@shophomira.com.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
22. Uncollected or Undeliverable Parcels
If you wish to cancel an order, you should clearly notify us. Simply failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily amount to exercising your statutory cancellation right.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, the matter will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Any additional costs will only be charged to you where doing so is lawful, reasonable and consistent with your statutory rights.
23. Intellectual Property
Content made available through our website, including text, images, graphics, product materials, logos, designs, videos, layout and other content, may be protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights.
Those rights belong to T.vP. Studios, Shophomira and/or the relevant licensors or business partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without permission unless permitted by applicable law.
24. Acceptable Use of Our Website
You must not use our website or Services in an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive manner.
You must not, among other things:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
- Misuse our checkout, payment or discount systems
- Carry out fraudulent transactions
- Unlawfully scrape, copy or collect data from our website
- Infringe our rights or the rights of third parties
We may restrict access to our Services where we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable law have been materially breached.
25. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain functionality, payment solutions, integrations or links provided by independent third parties.
Those third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent services, conduct or content of third parties except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Shopify
Shophomira uses Shopify as its technical e-commerce platform.
Shopify provides technology that enables us to display products, operate checkout and manage orders and related functionality.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the seller of products purchased through Shophomira is T.vP. Studios.
27. Personal Information and Cookies
Information about how we collect and process personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
We also use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with applicable law and the choices you make through the cookie controls available on our website.
28. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or remedies available to you as a consumer.
Our products are supplied primarily for private and domestic use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of business opportunity arising from the use of products purchased as a consumer.
29. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Events outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to operate the Services or fulfil an order. These may include serious transport disruption, natural events, governmental action, major infrastructure failures, widespread system outages or similar extraordinary circumstances.
Where relevant, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and inform affected customers.
This section does not limit any statutory rights you have in relation to delayed or failed delivery or otherwise prevent you from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision will only be modified or disregarded to the extent necessary and permitted by law.
31. Governing Law
The contract between you and T.vP. Studios is generally governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
However, if you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom and we direct our commercial activities to the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law that would otherwise apply.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
32. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint concerning an order, product or our Services, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Please include your order number, where applicable, and sufficient information for us to understand your complaint.
Nothing in this section affects your right to use any complaint mechanism, alternative dispute resolution service or court procedure that is available to you under applicable law.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Services, policies or applicable legal requirements.
The version that applies to your purchase will generally be the version in force when the contract was entered into.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively alter an existing contract unless this is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
34. Model Cancellation Form
If you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, you may use the model form below. You are not required to use this form, provided that you otherwise make a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract.
